Heard. The petitioner suspecting of some error in respect of the dimensions and extent of his property CTS No.1569/B has applied to the respondent no.3-Taluka Inspector of Land Records, Shrirampur. His representation was filed on 20.12.20220 but still it has not been considered or decided on its own merits.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.3 to decide the petitioner's application preferred under Section 155 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 dated 20.12.2020 received by his office on the same day as early as possible and in any event within a period of twelve weeks from today by extending an opportunity of him being heard.
