The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.3 has appeared on Advocate'

s notice. There are 3 Petitioners. He submits that their deposits are small figures in between Rs.75,000/- to Rs. 85,000/- approximately, including the interest. Within 2 (two) weeks, their money would be returned to them. He tenders a copy of the chart dated 26.10.2023 indicating the remaining customers which are 1567 and the total balance amount of Rs.1,44,00,000/- including the interest. He submits that though the dues of these Petitioners would be paid within 2 weeks, the rest of the customers would be paid their khs/Oct.2023/13403
