The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the term of the elected body of the trust is nearing to an end and thus, it was necessary to direct holding of elections.

In the event, the term of the elected body has expired and there is no legal impediment, the trust is at liberty to conduct the election in terms of constitution of the trust.

No error is found in the impugned order. The writ petition is disposed of with above observations.
