1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as directed by this Court under order dated 14th January, 2019, the caste claim of the petitioner is not decided. Learned counsel submits that the caste claim of the father of the petitioner and brother of the petitioner was heard by the respondents on 8th December, 2021.

2] In view of that, the Committee can also decide the present proceedings along with the proceedings of the father and real brother of the petitioner. As the proceedings are already heard, the same be decided expeditiously, preferably by the end of December, 2021.
