The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay 3/4

periods mentioned in these applications, which appear to be caused due to their poor financial condition.

Learned A.G.P. as well as learned Counsel for acquiring body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay periods. However all the delay periods in these applications are below 100 days and therefore, considering the short periods of delay the same stand condoned. 4.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
