Heard.
2.
Mr.Hiwrekar, learned counsel for the Respondent Municipal Council submits that about 85 works were to be undertaken by virtue of the three tender notices i.e. dated 2.11.2013, 16.11.2013 and 27.11.2013. Before the prohibitory orders were passed by this Court on 12.12.2013, administrative sanction for 16 works was accorded and those 16 works have been carried out. The copy of the said sanction is placed on record, the same is marked "X" for
identification. The learned counsel further submits that apart from the said 16 works, no other work has been undertaken pursuant to the impugned tenders and now if the work is to be allotted, the same will have to be by fresh tender.
3.
Considering above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the parties to assail the fresh tenders, in case the same is not in consonance with the policy. No costs. 4.
In view of disposal of Writ Petition, the Civil Application also stands disposed of.
4.
Needless to state that we have not entered into the merits of the contentions of either of the parties and this order would not come in way in any other proceedings if initiated. (K.K.SONAWANE,J.) (S.V.GANGAPURWALA,J.) Dt.20.06.2016.
