By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent no.2 - Scrutiny Committee that his tribe claim pending before it since 10.09.2018 be decided expeditiously. 4.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is prosecuting studies, we direct respondent no.2 - Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
