The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Verification Committee - Respondent No.2 to decide his caste claim. The petitioner is the student. He needs to appear for NEET examination. The claim is pending since long. 3.

Considering above, following order:

(i) Writ Petition stands allowed.

(ii) The respondent No.2- Scheduled Tribe Certificate Verification Committee is directed to consider and decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner within six months from today on its own merit. (iii) Petitioner to co-operate in the inquiry.
