The parties have produced a compromise deed dated 13 June 2022, which is taken on record and marked as "X-1" for identification. The learned counsel for the parties admit the correctness of the contents thereof.

In view of the joint statement of the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the compromise deed at "X-1", this petition is disposed of.

Both the advocates inform that no financial burden, directly or indirectly, is cast upon the State Government by this compromise terms as the claims are restricted only to the extent of 20% grants available. 4.

Considering the contents of paragraphs 3 and 4 of the "X-1" (page 3 & 4), we make it clear that any claims, that would be forwarded to the Education Department, would be considered by the said Department on their merits and in the event, any amount is not admissible, Education Department is at liberty to pass appropriate orders since the compromise terms would not bind the State in so far as monetary benefits are concerned.
