Learned counsel for parties submit that mediation has been successful and accordingly parties have arrived at settlement. Settlement terms have also been prepared in the shape of Hindu Marriage Petition and purport to tender the same across. They earnestly urge the Court to send the same to the Court at Malegaon.

In view of the aforesaid, the Hindu Marriage Petition tendered in this Court be sent to the Court at Malegaon ( keeping a copy of the same ) where the proceedings filed by the present respondent are pending. Further action be taken by Court at Malegaon in accordance with law.

Learned counsel further submit that in view of the same, nothing survives in the present application. Miscellaneous civil application accordingly stands disposed of.
