In the first civil application, L.Rs. of the deceased petitioners are to be brought on record. The petitioners pray for condonation of delay of 12 years and 3 months with regard to deceased petitioner No.3, 2 years and 4 months with regard to deceased petitioner No.6, 2 years and 9 months with regard to deceased petitioner No.10, 3 years and 7 months with regard to deceased petitioner No.15, caused in filing these civil applications for bringing the LR's on record. 2.

The learned Advocate for the appearing respondents opposes the application and submits that if the delay is condoned, the costs

- 2 - imposed may be donated for a public cause.

I have perused the reasons cited in the civil applications. It is a matter of fact that the petition is of 2005 and has been admitted. It is quite common that after the petition is admitted, lawyers and litigants lose track of the matter until it is listed for final hearing. 4.

In view of the above, this application No.13670/2017 is allowed. The petitioners/applicants shall deposit a total amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten Thousand only) with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") on or before 10/01/2020. After the amount is deposited and the LR's are brought on record, the writ petitions shall be listed for final hearing on 06/02/2020.

In CA No.13671/2017, the petitioners' desire to bring on record certain documents from page Nos.9 to 19 annexed to the application.

Considering the above and the objections of the respondents, this Civil application is allowed. These documents shall be brought on record with proper pagination on or before 15/01/2020. 7.

In CA No.14344/2019, the petitioners' desire to bring certain persons appearing in Annexure A on record in the writ petition as added respondents. They are not arrayed in this civil application. 8.

Leave to add the persons proposed to be added, from Sr.No.6 onwards in this petition alongwith complete addresses, on or before 18/12/2019. After the addition of such persons with proper addresses, office to issue notice to the said persons, returnable on 06/02/2020.
