Heard the learned Counsel for both the parties and perused the impugned award. On account of injury claim, the original claimant was awarded compensation of Rs. 2,85,700/-. The Insurance Company has disputed this quantum by filing this appeal. 2.

At the time of issuance of notice, quantum of compensation awarded appears to have been considered by this Court. On 25th August 2015, ad interim stay was granted to the impugned award above Rs. 1,70,000/-. In this view of the matter, the claimant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs. 1,70,000/- on furnishing undertaking that in the
