In view of the earlier orders, permitting other respondents/original claim petitioners to withdraw their share of the amount, the applicant no.2 Kaif Farukh Shaikh is also permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.2,50,000/- as awarded by the learned Tribunal alongwith accrued interest, subject to furnishing usual unertaking.

The learned counsel for the appellant points out that since the applicant no.2 Kaif Farukh Shaikh has now attained majority, fresh vakalatnama will have to be filed on his behalf. 3.

Amount be disbursed after vakalatnama is filed on behalf of the applicant no.2.
