The present application is moved by one Mr. Shrimantrao Gorde Patil who has purchased land bearing Survey No. 225/7 admeasuring 0.63 HR from the original plaintiff vide registered sale deed dated 11.09.2012. The property is purchased after decree of partition and separate possession was passed on 25.09.2006. 2.

In that view of the matter, it will be expedient in the interest of justice that the present applicant is afforded opportunity of hearing in the present Second Appeal.

Civil Application is allowed.

Name of applicant be added as respondent in the Second Appeal.

With consent of parties, put up the matter for hearing on admission on 03.04.2025.
