On last date of hearing, we granted liberty to the petitioners to file application-representation to respondents No. 2 to 4 for redressal of their grievance raised in the present petition. Accordingly, petitioners have filed application-representation on 28th November, 2018. The grievance is raised that the petitioners are entitled to receive salary from month of July-2018 onwards, however, salary is not disbursed to them and as a result, their families are facing hardship. 2.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondents No. 2 to 4 to ensure that the grievance of the petitioners is redressed and after adopting usual procedure for processing the salaries/payments bill take decision on it, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of fifteen (15) days from today.

Needless to observe that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter.

With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of. 5.

The parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order. 6.
