The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondents No.1 and 2.

In the earlier round of litigation, the petitioners have obtained the direction of this Court in Writ Petition No.14905 of 2023 and connected matters, dated 06.12.2023, against respondent No.3 for appropriate decision on their representation. After this order, respondent No.3 / Education Officer (Primary) informed the petitioners that he does not have power to take

923-WP-14114-24.odt decision on the subject. He orally informed the petitioner that such power lies with respondent No.2 / Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad Region, Aurangabad. He has forwarded proposal to respondent No.2. The petitioners had been to the office of respondent No.2. He informed that the representation issued from respondent No.3 / Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed. However, the directions were not issued in earlier order, the decision is not yet taken.

In view of above situation, we allow the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 / Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad Region, Aurangabad to take appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible and, in any case within four weeks from today.
