Civil Application No.16945 of 2022 is for bringing on record legal representative of deceased Sarjabai Surnar, who expired on 11-12-2021. There are three legal representatives of deceased Sarjabai Surnar, as mentioned in paragraph no.5 of the application. 2.

There is delay of 141 days in filing aforesaid application. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph no.6 of the application, delay caused in filing above application is required to be condoned. The legal representatives of deceased Sarjabai Surnar, as

{2} CA 16945 OF 2022 shown in paragraph no.5 of the application, are required to be brought on record. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(I) Civil Application No.16945 of 2022 stands allowed. (II) The delay of 141 days caused in filing application is hereby condoned and abetment, if any, stands set aside. (III) Legal representative of deceased Sarjabai Surnar are permitted to be brought on record.

(IV) Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

(V) Civil Application No.16945 of 2022 stands disposed of accordingly.

(VI) Civil Application No.6355 of 2022 for condonation of delay in filing appeal is adjourned to 16-07-2025. If none appears on the next date for respondent no.3, matter will proceed.
