By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent no.2 - Scrutiny Committee that her tribe claim pending before it since 2/3.06.2017 be decided expeditiously. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in employment and her tribe claim is pending since 2/3.06.2017, we direct respondent no.2 - Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
