In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 80% of the amount in deposit with this Court along with interest accrued thereon; 50% of the amount be paid on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 30% of the amount be paid on furnishing solvent security/surety.
