1] The petitioner shall file on-line application. The petitioner shall submit the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The concerned Sub Divisional Officer after verifying its record of issuance of the certificate shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of six [06] weeks from the date of production of incorrect tribe certificate.

2] In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
