1] The learned counsel appearing for the respective parties agree that there is pending civil suit i.e. Regular Civil Suit No.480/2022 and the Civil Court may be directed to decide the pending interim applications, as expeditiously as possible.

12603.22WP+ 2] The Civil Judge Senior Division, Newasa, District Ahmednagar is directed to decide pending interim application in Regular Civil Suit No.480/2022. The order passed by the Civil Court will supersede any order passed under the Mamlatdar's Courts Act.

3] Accordingly, both Writ Petitions are disposed of. 4] In view of disposal of main Writ Petition, Civil Application No.7511/2022 does not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
