The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that within six months the proposal for validation of the caste claim would be decided by the Committee.

The impugned show cause notice directing the petitioner to submit validity or else the services would be terminated is set aside. 5.

The respondent - employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation Gajanan

proceeding is pending.

The respondents are entitled to take further cause of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding pending before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 05-01-2022. 8.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
