Learned counsel for respondent no.4 submits that the petitioners have not made any representation to respondent No.4 seeking benefits claimed in the present writ petitions. In light of that the petitioners may make application/representations with respondent No.4 seeking notional benefits as claimed by the petitioners.

4. Respondent No.4 shall consider the claim of the petitioners and take decision upon it within three months from the date of the respective applications of the petitioners. The petitioners may point out the judgment on which they rely.

Writ petitions disposed of. No costs.
