The learned counsel for petitioners tenders Civil Application to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1. Office to register the Civil Application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed and petitioners are permitted to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1.

Mr. Patil-Beedkar, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of legal heirs of respondent no.1 and therefore, issuance of notice to the legal heirs is not necessary.
