Mr. Jadhav, the learned Advocate for respondent no.2 submits that the petitioner is handed over with all the original documents which the petitioner had submitted at the time of taking admission. The petitioner has not been issued with internship completion certificate as the petitioner has not completed one complete year of internship.

If there is no other impediment, the University may not withhold the mark memo of the petitioner's examination.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 Institution submits that the claim of the petitioner for reimbursement of fees for the year 2009-10 is rejected by the Government. Learned A.G.P. also accepts the said fact. Learned A.G.P. submits that claim for reimbursement of fees for the academic year 2011-12 is under consideration with the Government. If at all the Governments grants reimbursement of fees for 20092010, the petitioner would be reimbursed with said amount.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
