The petitioner / institute was before this Court seeking directions to the authorities to permit the petitioner to admit the additional 20 seats for under graduate course and 12 students for new post graduate course as per the approval granted by AYUSH vide the communication dated 17.10.2018. On 09.11.2018 it was submitted before this Court that the petitioner / institute is permitted to admit additional students and the learned Vacation Judge of this Court was pleased to observe that practically the underline purpose of the petitioner appears to have been met with.

Today the learned AGP placed on record two circulars dated 05.11.2018 thereby the State Government permitted the petitioner / institute to admit additional students for under graduate course as well as post graduate course. Copy of the circulars are taken on record and marked 'X' collectively for identification.
