The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the Tahsildar for grant of way passed on 16-09-2021 is not being adhered to and executed. The petitioner has given application for execution of the said order, however no further steps are undertaken. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

If the order of the Tahsildar passed under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is in force, then the petitioner may make an application to the concerned authority and / or if the application is made, the concerned authority shall take the decision upon the said application on it's own merits and in accordance with law and for that purpose, take necessary steps.
