PER COURT :- Perused the order passed by the Grievances Redressal Committee.

The questions raised by the petitioner in the instant petition involve factual investigation, which need not be gone into under extraordinary jurisdiction under article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Grievance Redressal Committee has found that the land offered by the petitioner does not meet with the requirements prescribed by the Petroleum Company. The decision taken by the Petroleum Company based upon the investigation and spot inspection need not be a matter for consideration under extraordinary jurisdiction conferred on this Court. The petition is devoid of substance and stands rejected. ( VIBHA KANKANWADI, J. ) ( R. M. BORDE, J. ) vbd
