The petitioner, who was in the employment of the Zilla Parishad, was entitled to a residential tenement under the scheme for which loan was sanctioned, which was fully recovered from the salary of the petitioner. In spite of that, the petitioner has not been given possession of the residential tenement. The petitioner has addressed a representation dated 01.01.2013 to the Pawanar Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Mouze Tisgaon, District Aurangabad. The authorities of Cooperative department

{2} wp1416421.odt have initiated action. However, the same is not yet concluded as a result of which, the petitioner claims to be deprived of the residential tenement.

Mr. Hon, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, has made a limited prayer in this petition for a direction to the concerned authorities to decide the representation dated 28.10.2021, expeditiously in a time bound manner. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 28.10.2021 by considering the documents produced and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the date of receipt hereof. It would be open for the 2nd Respondent to hear the petitioner for the purpose of disposal of the representation dated 28.10.2021. SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
