Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioners challenge the order dated 18.05.2021 passed by the State Information Commissioner, Aurangabad Bench, Aurangabad, in Appeal No.9895/2019, whereby the appeal filed by respondent No.2 came to be allowed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned order dated 18.05.2021 was passed by respondent No.1 without hearing of the petitioners. He further submits that the notice dated 27.04.2021, fixing the date of hearing on 18.05.2021, was received to the petitioners on 21.05.2021.

Even this position is not disputed by the learned A.G.P. for respondent No.1 and learned Counsel for respondent No.2. 5.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is allowed. The order dated 18.05.2021 passed by the State Information Commissioner, Aurangabad Bench, Aurangabad, in Appeal No.9895/2019 is quashed and set aside. 6.

The matter is restored before the State Information Commission, Aurangabad. The parties shall appear before the State Information Commissioner, Aurangabad on 15.12.2025.
