Heard learned advocates for the contesting parties. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned advocates resile to a situation wherein there can be a direction to the Wakf Tribunal for disposal of the main lis as early as possible with the present arrangement under the interim orders kept subsisting during pendency of proceedings before the Wakf Tribunal. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the civil revision application stands disposed of with direction to the Wakf Tribunal to decide on the Wakf Suit / Application No.56 of 2014 pending before it as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the

{2} cra223-14 date of receipt of writ of this order. Till such time, interim relief hitherto operating would continue to operate. Pending civil application, if any, stands disposed of.
