1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is elected as a member of the Grampanchayat from reserved category. The petitioner has submitted proceeding for validation of his caste claim. The petitioner is required to submit validity certificate within one year else the petitioner stands disqualified. Learned counsel submits that vigilance is conducted, however, copy of the report is not served.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for the respondents. 3] The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 20th December, 2021 and shall obtain copy of the vigilance report and file say preferably within a period of 7 days. The Committee shall, if it is possible, endeavour

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
