The applicants submit that the sole applicant Nanabhau has passed away and they are his legal representatives. The date of his death is mentioned as 30th August, 2019. This Civil Application seeking leave to bring the legal representatives on record, has been filed within limitation. 2.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. The legal representatives shall be brought on record, on or before 31st August, 2021 in First Appeal No.219 of 2020 as well as in First Appeal No.1239 of 2004. 3.
