The Petitioners are on 40% partial grant in aid establishment. Their salaries are not being paid. They have made representation dated 06.09.2016 to the Deputy Director of Education, Primary Division, Aurangabad.

Since Diwali is round the corner, we direct Respondent No.2 to deal with the representation of the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible and if there is no legal impediment, pass appropriate orders for clearing their salaries on or before 08.11.2023.
