In that view of the matter, in case, the appeal is preferred by respondents No. 5 and 6, it is for respondent No. 2 to ensure for implementation of the directions contained in his order dated 31-03-2018. We impress upon respondent No. 2 to ensure compliance of the said directions contained in aforesaid order within stipulated period. 2.
