1) Today learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed affidavit of the Investigating Officer on record. He submitted that the investigating agency is taking steps to see that the Ferist filed along with the charge-sheet is amended to include the statements. He submitted that in fact statements were already produced along with Ferist but by mistake in the Ferist these witnesses were not mentioned.

2 Application 6727/2014 2) Both the sides are heard on merits. This Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant bail. After that the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
