The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding is pending with Scrutiny Committee since the year 2009. The claim of the paternal cousin of the petitioner namely Varsha has been validated under order dated 31.01.2018 in Writ Petition No.639/2018 at the Principal Seat at Bombay.

Be that as it may, considering that the validation proceeding pending from the year 2009 as contended by the petitioner, we pass the following order:

ORDER

I.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 11.01.2022.

II. The Committee shall thereafter, decide the said proceeding within a period of six

(06) months.
