Petitioner which has been granted approval by the Pharmacy Council of India for undertaking B. Pharm course with intake capacity of 60 for the academic year 2024-2025 by communication received by petitioner on 18 October 2024 and having obtained affiliation from respondent - university by communication dated 21 October 2024 is expecting State Government to take appropriate decision at the earliest for issuance of letter of intent without citing the model code of conduct as an impediment.
