DATE : 08.11.2019 PER COURT :- The applicants are the widow and daughter of the deceased, claiming withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company while preferring the appeal challenging the award passed by the Tribunal. It has deposited an amount of Rs.16,65,854/-.

Considering the entire conspectus, the applicants are allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rs. Twelve lakhs) subject to furnishing an undertaking that they shall deposit the amount in the court as and when directed by this Court. The amount to be disbursed in the proportion mentioned in the award. 3.
