Leave to amend.

Amendment be carried out forthwith.

In substance, the applications are moved for extension of time to deposit the amount pursuant to order passed on 12th July, 2019 and further extended under order dated 20th September, 2019. Since the applicant could muster only one third of the amount directed to be deposited, further time has been sought to deposit balance amount.

Though applicant has sought twelve weeks time to deposit the amount, having regard to background in which time has been extended, we do not think it proper to extend the time as requested, which exceeds the original period granted. In the circumstances, time to deposit the amount stands extended up to 15th December, 2019.

5.

Civil applications stand disposed of.
