The petitioner prays that his representation dated 14.10.2024 pending before respondent no.1 should be decided expeditiously. The learned AGP informs that atleast eight weeks would require to consider the representation effectively. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merit within eight weeks from today.
