Shri P.N.Sonpethkar, learned counsel for the husband i.e. respondent No. 1 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1698/2019 and petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1702/2019, states that the husband would give standing instructions to the bank in which he has an account to transfer the amount of maintenance of Rs. 65,000/- per month to the account of the wife. Shri Killarikar, learned counsel for the wife i.e. petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1698/2019 and respondent in Criminal Writ Petition Nos. 1702/2019 and 1703/2019 has no objection for the same. Both of them submit that the details of the account are furnished in the trial Court.

The details of the amount transferred every month shall be furnished by the husband in the executing Court every month. 4.

With these directions, all the criminal writ petitions stand disposed of.
