The petitioner is suspended as criminal case is filed against her. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the period of 90 days is over, still respondent is not taking review of the said order.

It is submitted that the Chief Executive Officer has forwarded the proposal for review of suspension of the petitioner to respondent no.2 in October-2021.

In case the proposal is forwarded by respondent no. 3 before review committee (page 46) headed by respondent no.2, then Gajanan

respondent no.2 and it's Committee may take decision upon the review of the suspension inflicted upon the petitioner, preferably within two months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
