Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that Writ Petition No.14478 of 2023 came to be decided by this Court on 03.01.2024 along with companion Writ Petition No.14299 of 2023. The present petitioner challenged those tenders which were the subject-matter in the said writ petitions. Those writ petitions have been dismissed and, therefore, the present writ petition can be disposed of. In view of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14478 of 2023 and on the basis of submissions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
