Heard Mr S.S. Dargad, learned Advocate holding for Mr S.G. Chapalgaonkar, learned Advocate for applicant/Insurance Company and Mr P.C. Mayure, learned Advocate for respondents no.1 to 6/original claimants. 3.

The appellant/Insurance Company has complied with the conditional interim stay granted by this Court vide order dated 8.12.2016. The original claimants have been permitted to withdraw in all Rs.15 lakhs out of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company. As such, interim stay granted by this Court needs to be made absolute till final decision of the appeal.

ORDER

(i) The Interim stay granted by this Court vide order dated 8.12.2016 is hereby made absolute till final decision of the appeal.
