The learned Advocate for the petitioner Management submits that Shri S.N.Pagare, the learned Advocate who is now appearing on behalf of the petitioner Management has received specific instructions to withdraw this petition.

The learned Advocate Shri B.R. Kaware submits on behalf of the respondent employee that execution proceedings are already going on before the competent forum and opposes the request. 3.

In view of above, this petition stands disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
