The learned advocate for the Acquiring Body submits that in fact on account of the pecuniary limits as to the jurisdiction of a Single Judge the present matters have come to this Court else the other matters arising from the same group are before the Division Bench. She further points out the order dated 18.10.2019 in some of the applications of the Acquiring Body in First Appeals No. 2524/2019 and 2525/2019 passed by the Division Bench and submits that she will be moving for clubbing these matters with those appeals before the Division Bench. She requests that she may be allowed to deposit 1/3rd of the amount of Award together with interest and she would solicit further orders from the Division Bench and seeks further time up to 15.12.2019 for depositing the balance amount. 2.

The Acquiring Body may move for clubbing of the matter. For the time being the Acquiring Body is allowed to deposit 1/3rd of the amount of Award and time is granted for depositing the balance amount till 15.12.2019.
