Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The dispute about the disputed land is seized with the Civil Court. The petitioner is claiming the title over the land in dispute. However, he seeks directions to the Tahsildar to take an action for change of use of the agricultural land to non agricultural purpose. Considering the nature of the land, we are not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction. 3.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.
