The petitioner seeks right in the ancestral property. According to him, partition deed was executed between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 6 and 7. Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 have threatened the petitioner. The petitioner claims to be a person with disability. 2.

The matter appears to be in the nature of civil dispute. The learned Counsel for petitioner refers to the provisions of Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

The petitioner may approach to the Civil Court or the Commissioner for persons with Disabilities for redressal of his grievance. The dispute as raised cannot be resolved under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If petitioner approaches the appropriate authority, in that event, all the contentions are kept open. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of no costs.
