The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the Award under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act is passed on 30-09-2019. The Special Land Acquisition Officer has communicated accordingly.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 5. Mr. Indrale Patil, learned Counsel waives notice for respondent no.6. 3.

If the Award passed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act is in force today and in favour of the petitioners and there is no other prohibitory order against the same and further no impediment Gajanan

for payment of the amount, then the respondents shall make payment to the petitioners as per the Award passed under Section 28-A in their favour preferably within nine months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
